Swati is a licensed architect with over 14 years of experience in architecture and design. She has worked on a range of project types including multi-family, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. With international work experience in mixed-use, residential, and commercial work space projects, Swati is a well-rounded design professional. She is licensed as an architect in both North Carolina and Washington and is also CSI and CDT certified. Currently, Swati works as a Project Architect at Ankrom Moisan Architects where she is responsible for the Starwood Brand Aloft/Element hotel in Redmond, WA. Prior to this, she worked as a Job Captain at Johnson Braund, Inc. where she developed presentation drawings for preliminary city review and worked on construction drawings and documents for Marriott brand hotels. Swati also worked at Centrepoint Architecture as an Intern Architect/Designer where she delivered 17 hotels ranging from a minimum 60 room hotel to a maximum of 150 room hotel spanning across brand names like Holiday Inn, Country Inn and Suites, LA Quinta Inn, and Best Western hotels. Swati holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from L.S Raheja School of Architecture and an ARC 232 degree from North Carolina State University. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in Javascript, ReactJS, AngularJS, and mobile development. With 16.96 years of relevant experience, Swati is a seasoned professional in the architecture and design industry. Currently, she is the Owner & Principal at ArchiUS Design where she continues to provide innovative design solutions for her clients.
